豎式冷卻器筒介 Brief introduction the vertical cooler
豎式冷卻器是活性石灰的主機之一。經(jīng)過回轉(zhuǎn)窯煅燒之后生成的活性石灰順次流入到鑲有耐火材料的豎式冷卻器中,冷卻器的截面為正方形,在其中均勻分布有中心冷風帽和分室冷風帽,風帽設(shè)有管道與外部的風機連接,在冷卻器的底部設(shè)有排料口,每個排料口下有一臺電機振動卸料器。物料在冷卻器內(nèi)堆積覆差在風帽上,并形成定的料層厚度,冷卻風由外部風機吹入,通過風室進入風帽。從風帽竄出后與高溫物料相接處,完成熱交換,被空氣冷卻后的物料,在電機振動卸料器的作用下逐漸排除冷卻器,被物料加熱的空氣,直接由窯頭罩進入回轉(zhuǎn)窯,作為二次空氣參與燃燒。
一種新型活性石灰生產(chǎn)主機設(shè)備,具有預(yù)熱器、回轉(zhuǎn)窯、豎式冷卻器、高效換熱器、收塵器等,通過輸送提升設(shè)備將物料送進入預(yù)熱器,在預(yù)熱器中物料被排出的高溫廢氣均勻地預(yù)熱到約900°;然后通過懸掛式液壓推桿裝置推進入回轉(zhuǎn)窯,物料在回轉(zhuǎn)窯內(nèi)不斷翻滾前移,經(jīng)過燒成帶1250°高溫的煅煉;進入豎式冷卻器內(nèi),物料在冷風的作用下,物料溫度降到小于100°時,從冷卻器下部排出;在豎式冷卻器中冷卻物料后的預(yù)熱空氣在進入回轉(zhuǎn)窯,廢氣經(jīng)過豎式預(yù)熱器時對物料進行預(yù)熱,降到320°的廢氣從預(yù)熱器排出送進高效換熱器,在換熱器中與廢氣進行換熱后的凈空氣作為一次風,送回預(yù)熱器,廢氣則通過除塵器和高溫風機排出。
The vertlical coolerls a main engine of the active lime. The active lime generated after calcination in the rotary kiln flows into the vertical cooler embedded with fire-resistant materials in sequence. The cross-section of the cooler features a square, in which there is the central cold wind hat and the branch cold wind hat. The wind hat is equipped with the pipeline, which is connected with the external draught fan. At the bottom of the cooler, there is a discharge gate. Under every discharge gate, there is a set of motor vibration unloader. Materials are piled up in the cooler, covering the wind hat to form a material layer of certain thickness. The cold wind blows in from the extemal draught fan, and enters the wind hat via the wind chamber. After going out from the wind hat, the cold wind contacts the high-temperature materials to finish heat exchange. The materials, after cooling down, gradually exclude the cooler under the influence of the motor vibration unloader. The air heated by the ma-terials directly enters the rotary kiln via the kiln cap and participates in combustion as the secondary air.
The new-type active lime production main engine is made up of the preheater, therotary kiln, the vertical cooler, the ef-ficient heat exchanger and the dust collector. Materials enter the preheater via the transmisslon and lifting equlpment. ln the preheater, materials are evenly preheated to around 900°C by the exhaust high-temperature flue gas. Then, via the suspension hydraulic push rod, the materials enter the rotary kiln; in which materials keep on rolling forward, undergoing calcination at 1,250°C. After entering the vertical cooler, materials are cooled down to lower than 100°C, and exchanged from the cooler. The preheated air, after cooling the materials in the vertioal cooler, enters the rotary kiln, and the flue gas preheats the materials via flowing into the vertical preheater. When the temperature falls to 320°C, the flue gas is exhausted from the preheater and sent into the efficient heat exchanger. ln the heat exchanger, the pure air exchanging heat with the flue gas serves as the primary air to be sent into the preheater, and the flue gas is exhausted from the dust collector and the high-temperature draught fan.
