      JCPM CHAMBER SIDE JETTING PULSE BAG FILTER

      一、概述 Summary
      隨著環(huán)保事業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展，袋式除塵器已作為用于各工業(yè)粉塵點進行收集、 凈化含塵氣體回收物料的高效設(shè)備在各工廠防塵領(lǐng)域中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。本公司根據(jù)國外最新技術(shù)的發(fā)展及有關(guān)專家的協(xié)助，結(jié)合本公司原有低壓脈沖噴吹技術(shù)的成果，研制了該JCPM型系列低壓分室側(cè)噴脈沖袋式除塵器專利產(chǎn)品，克服了一些脈沖除塵器的不利因素，又能充分利用脈沖類袋式除塵器的高效凈化回收能力，其主要特點：

      1.取消了噴吹管及每個濾袋上口的鋁制文氏管裝置，設(shè)備阻力低，安裝、維護換袋簡便。

      2.采用分室側(cè)噴技術(shù)，一只脈沖閥可同時噴吹16條濾袋。較其它脈沖除塵器減少了脈沖閥數(shù)量近三分之二。

      3.噴吹壓力低只需100-150kpa，便可實現(xiàn)理想清灰， 并采用了低壓直通閥的結(jié)構(gòu)形式，易損件使用壽命超過一年。

      4.允許入口濃度高達60g/Nm³ ，當(dāng)濾速選擇<2m/min時設(shè)備阻力低于1000pa，并可替代二級除塵，當(dāng)處理入口濃度≥100g/Nm³ ，則按工況情況進行降低濾速。

      5.濾袋籠骨可分硬骨架和彈簧骨架二種形式，可適用于不同用戶的各種需求。

      6.可掀的精巧小揭蓋，在保證密封的前提下，開啟靈活、自如，可使你真正感受到機外換袋的方便。

      7.當(dāng)用戶沒有空壓站集中供氣氣源條件下，可自配或要求我廠代配氣源空壓泵對設(shè)備供氣，減少了安裝氣源管路的麻煩，使用方便。

      該產(chǎn)品使用范圍大，可廣泛應(yīng)用于建材、冶金、鑄造、化工、機械、礦山采掘、糧食加工等行業(yè)及各工礦企業(yè)中工業(yè)性粉塵的凈化除塵及生產(chǎn)工藝中的粉塵清理與回收。

It has been widely applied in different kinds of the factory dust laying fieids.This p company develops JCPM Model serial low pressure chamber *side jetting pulse bag filter patent products according to the overseas latest technological development and the assistance from the relevant experts with the combinations of this company's former low pressure pulse blowing technique fruits.It over-comes some defective factors of the pulse dust collectors and fully utilizes the effective purifying and recovering capabilities of the pulse kind bag filter.Its main features are as follows:
     1.It abolishes the spray pipes and the aluminium Venn tube device In each sock's upper opening.The equipment is of little drag, easy Installation,maintenance and bag-exchange.
     2.It adopts the chamber side-jetting new skill. One pulse valve may simultaneously jet 16 socks. Comparing with other pulse dust catchers, it reduces nearly2/3 of the pulse valve quantities.
     3.It is of low injection pressure. It only needs 100-150KPa for the fulfilment of the ideal de-ashing. It employs the struc-tural style of the low pressure pass Valve. The use life of the vulnerable parts exceeds one year.

      二、結(jié)構(gòu)原理 The structural principle
      構(gòu)造(見JCPM型原理示意圖)由四部分組成。上箱體:包括可掀小掲蓋等。中箱體:包括花板、濾袋及籠骨、矩形誘導(dǎo)管、低壓氣包、中箱體檢查門、進風(fēng)管、出風(fēng)管等。下箱體及灰斗:包括灰斗檢査門、螺旋輸送機及其傳動電機、出灰口、支腿等。噴吹系統(tǒng):包括脈沖電磁閥、脈沖控制儀。

      Its construction(see JCPM Model principle conceptual diagram)is composed of four parts,The upper box:Including the small lifting cover and so on.The mid box:Including swage,sock,keel,rectangular induced pipe,low pressure gas shield,mid box inspection door,intake tube,exhaust tube etc.The lower box and the ash-pit:Including the hod access door,spiral conveyer,the drive motor,ash hole,1anding leg and soon.The jetting system:Including the pulse electro-magnetic valve.pulse switch-yard etc.

      三、工作原理 The principle of operation
      含塵氣體由進風(fēng)口進入進風(fēng)管內(nèi)通過初級沉降后，較粗顆粒塵及大部分粉塵在初級沉降及自身重力的作用下，沉落至灰斗中，并經(jīng)螺旋輸送機構(gòu)將粉塵從出灰口排出。另一部分較細(xì)粉塵在引風(fēng)機的作用下，進入中箱體并吸附在濾袋外表面上，潔凈空氣穿過濾袋進入上箱體并經(jīng)矩形誘導(dǎo)管匯集在出風(fēng)箱內(nèi)從風(fēng)管口排出。 隨著過濾工況的不斷進行，積附在濾袋表面上的粉塵亦將不斷增加，相應(yīng)就會增加設(shè)備的運行阻力。為了保證系統(tǒng)的正常運行，除塵器阻力應(yīng)維持在限定(1.2kpa）的范圍，故必須進行清灰來達到抖落粉塵，降低設(shè)備阻力的目的。該系列除塵器是采用脈沖控制儀定時控制低壓脈沖部閥進行噴吹清灰的方法，使濾袋在其噴吹及誘導(dǎo)氣量的作用下，造成布袋瞬間鼓脹，抖落粉塵。

       The dust-laden gas enters into the blast pipe through the intake opening.After the primary sedimentation,the thicker dust particles and most of the ash drop into the hod under the actions of the primary sedimentation and the self-gravity,then the auger delivery mechanism exhaust the power-dust from the clean-out door.thinner dust enters into the mid box and ad-heres to the external surface of the filter bags The clean air penetrates from the socks and gets into the upper box.it passes through the  rectangular induced  pipe and gathers  in the  off-take  box,then  being  exhausted from the wind pipe opening.Following the constant implementation of the filter behaviour,the dust which adheres to the sock surface keeps increasing.thus correspondingly adds the running pull-back of the equipment.In order to ensure the normal operation of the system,the dust shaker's drag should be maintained within the limited scope(i.e. 1.2KPa),therefore,it shakes away the dust by de-ashing,and reaches to the aim of the equipment resistance decrease.This serial dust precipitator adopts the pulse control instrument to control the spray & de-ashing of the low pressure pulse valve within the fixed time.Under the actions of the blowing and induced gas,the cloth bags instantaneously swell and shake away the dust.
